I made a commitment to selling on-line and have been pursuing it in earnest since Jan. 2001. I sold over 130 vehicles in 2006 and our dealership sold over 4,000 vehicles in 2006. I sell many of my vehicles prior to them making it here to e-bay. Regardless of who you buy from, ask these questions: Are they a franchised dealer? Only franchised dealers can certify a vehicle for the manufacture, any other certification is not a factory certification. How long have they been in business at that location? How many units do they sell a month? Do they also sell new cars? Are they a member of the BBB or Chamber of Commerce? How many cars do they have in stock? Do they have their own service dept. with certified technicians? Do they inspect their vehicles? Will the person you buy from today be there tomorrow. Do they have an established reputation in their community they work to protect? You can literally save thousands buying a car here on e-bay, I have sold many vehicles to dealers for resale. Be sure you know who you are dealing with. We are a very large Chevrolet dealership with over 1000 vehicles in stock. We pick the rare and cream of the crop to offer here on e-bay. We have over 100 full time employees. We sell approx. 400 units a month, new and used. We have been at the same location and had the same owner for over 24 years. The vehicles we sell are ours. We are a member of the Pensacola BBB and Chamber of Commerce. I have been here for over 10 years. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-7:00 CST and Sat. 8:30-6:00 CST. All our vehicles are run through Autocheck to check the history. Any negative history we are aware of or discover will be disclosed. If vehicle is not as advertised or if you are not happy with your purchase you are free to back-out of the deal with a full refund of deposit and no negative feedback. Vehicle must be returned to us within 24 hours and have no more than 150 additional miles if delivered in Pensacola and within 5 days and have no more than 150 additional miles if shipped. If returned the vehicle must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was when it left our lot. Vehicles involved in any type of accident, wreck or that sustained any type of damage are not returnable. Vehicles that have been abused are not returnable. If shipped, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways and the vehicle must be back to us in Pensacola within 5 days of customer receipt. We reserve the right to cancel this auction and notify the high bidder with no
liability for cancellation or early closure prior to the end of the auction and we often exercise this option when we have a legitimate offer and a Credit Card deposit. 5% deposit due within 72 hours of auction close. Deal must be complete within 10 days of auction close. All prices plus tax tag, dealer services and license. Your tax will be computed for YOUR home state. At our discretion bidders with a rating of 0 and lower and bidders with a history of retracting bids may have their bid canceled unless prior arrangements have been made. No bid retractions allowed in the last 24 hours of the auction. Don't assume something is included unless shown in one of the photos. I often use the factory build sheet which could be incorrect or an item may have been removed. If you have a question about an option or piece of equipment, e-mail for clarification prior to bidding. We take our business very seriously and by bidding you are entering into a binding contract. Please, only bid if you plan to buy the vehicle. We want the transaction to be as painless and as pleasurable as possible. Any dispute or problem arising from the sale of a vehicle we offer shall be arbitrated by a state appointed arbitrator here in Pensacola, Florida, Escambia County Florida and the result shall be binding to both the buyer and the seller. All transactions involving one of our vehicles is subject to Florida Law only. We do not know the laws of your state and therefore will not be held accountable for requirements or laws in any other state than Florida. You are responsible for checking your own state for laws, emissions requirements, inspection requirements ect. Financing: We have several sources of financing available including GMAC.
If you need financing you must have financing secured prior to bidding.

Lodging: We can help arrange lodging for a quick overnight economical stay
or help you find a great night or longer stay on the beach. There are great beach
rates until the end of March and starting again in Sept. Here on the Florida Gulf
Coast in March. we typically have highs in the 60's and lows in the 50's. It's nice.

Flying in? Pensacola Regional Airport is 15 minutes from the dealership.
Mobile Regional is 1:15 minutes. We will pick you up at the airport if flying
into Pensacola Regional.

Must Sees: 1) The National Museum of Naval Aviation, (5 minutes away)
2) Blue Angels. During the late Spring and Summer the Blues practice at
8:00 AM on Tuesday or Wednesday. It's great to see with no crowds,
(5 Minutes away) Beaches are just 20 minutes away.
